Wow it has been a long time since I posted something. I had it all set up and ready to go but then, as live sometimes goes, another opportunity came along which required my full attention. That opportunity was to become a partner at a yoga studio. I put all my energy in there but I always knew that I have to come back here one day because this is what I call „my calling“. Helping people is what truly inspires me. Whether in yoga, nutrition or just by having a good conversation. The yoga studio adventure was fantastic, would not miss it for a second, but now I sold my partnership in order to have more time for all of you out there. The lesson I learned during the past years was that it is always good to have a plan but don’t let that focus miss you out on other opportunities along the way. The path is clear but how to get there not. Listen to your inner self, follow your heart and be inspired. All things which are meant to happen will happen. Trust in yourself and in the universe.
